Our work is also grounded in resilience and empathy. Having been personally affected by the Woolsey Fire and nearly losing our office during the Palisades Fire, we understand the profound challenges of loss and rebuilding. With over 35 years of experience in Malibu, we bring unparalleled insight into the unique character and requirements of its neighborhoods. We often begin with focused feasibility studies to ensure a site’s potential, as certain conditions may prevent permits from being issued. This thoughtful, proactive approach helps our clients make informed decisions from the start, allowing the design process to move forward with clarity and confidence.
